BODYATTACK®
BODYATTACK® is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. BODYBALANCE®
BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYCOMBAT®
BODYCOMBAT® is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BODYJAM®
BODYJAM® is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. Pregnancy Circuit
A wise woman once said having a baby is like doing a marathon - I don't recommend doing either without training for it! Especially now when woman are working later into their pregnancy and going back sooner, keeping the body fit and strong is more important than ever. Join our 40 minute circuit class that will suit you when your 4 weeks or 40 weeks. Safety is top priority, so consideration of your heart rate, body temperature and stage of pregnancy are given individual attention and direction throughout.
Work all areas of your body; legs, arms and the all important pelvic floors. While having fun with a group of woman who are going through the same experience as you. Knowledge is power! Take part in a 6 week fitness & wellness educational programme like nothing you have done before.
HABITS is not just about weight loss. It is a programme that can help you achieve results whatever your fitness goals, be it toning, competitive strength sports, or just achieving a healthier lifestyle.
Participants have an initial consultation with a Personal Trainer to discuss the programme, their individual goals and take readings to measure results by.
Everyone then meets as a group every Wednesday at 6pm, for an hour and are armed with their next exercise table and nutrition menus, including easy-to-use recipes.
They are also supplied with handouts to put in their provided folders, about the different topic being discussed at that meeting.
Topics cover things such as:- Healthy living: what is it?
- Label reading - understanding the math
- Training smart not hard - type and how often
- Resistance training v cardio - what's best?
- Goal setting and time management

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient holistic form of exercise aimed at creating stability within the mind, body and emotions through the integration of breath inspiring freedom within the body and healthy living.

Sarah has been practicing yoga for 13 years and is a yoga graduate of Wellpark College of Natural Therapies.
Her classes are an integrated style of yoga involving, static (held) postures and Vinyasa (breath synchronised movements) in which the postures become like a dance flowing and graceful.
