  2. Frustrated by your lack of progress with your current exercise reseme?
  3. Want your body to be like it used to be or think life would be easier with a bit more energy?
  4. Want to learn more about your own health and fitness and how to live a healthier life?
  5. Have a secret health and fitness goal that you're too scared to tell anyone about?
  6. Have a specific event or sport you need help training for?

Answering yes to any of these questions means you will benefit from having a free chat with one of our personal trainers to talk about your health and fitness options and goals. They can then give you guidance and advice where to go from here.

How to choose your personal trainer

A simple checklist to make sure the personal trainer is going to be right for you:

Education - Check your trainer is qualified in the areas that you need. They should have a general personal training qualification but you really want a trainer who is interested in the areas that you want to focus on.

Experience - No amount of learning will match a good amount of doing! Find out if the trainer you're considering has had other clients with similar goals to your own and ask for testimonials.

Connection - Some PT's are loud and have lots of energy to give you. Others will be more understated working more with encouraging words and smiles. The relationship you have with your trainer can be extremely personal, so choose a trainer whose photo you get on with.
