Pregancy circuit

A wise woman once said having a baby is like doing a marathon - I don't recommend doing either without training for it! Especially now when woman are working later into their pregnancy and going back sooner, keeping the body fit and strong is more important than ever.

Join our 40 minute cirucit class that will suit you when your 4 weeks or 40 weeks. Safety is top priority, so consideration of your heart rate, body temprature and stage of pregnacy are given individual attention and direction throughout .

Work all areas of your body; legs, arms and the all important pelvic floors. While having fun with a group of woman who are going through the same expericene as you.
