Frequently Asked Questions

Memberships start from as little as $26.95 per week. We offer membership packages ranging from casual day visits to 24-month memberships.

When choosing your membership package, remember that results from exercise require time and commitment. It is essential to decide how much commitment you can or are willing to give to your exercise regime and select a membership that best matches your commitment level.

Ensuring you get the best value possible is vital to us, so we recommend contacting one of our Membership Consultants to assist you in making an informed decision.

Absolutely Yes!

The more the merrier! As a member, you have unlimited privileges to bring different guests along for up to three complimentary work-outs during our Reception Hours.

Additionally, if they join up based on your recommendation, we will give you a thank-you gift!

As with all clubs, some times are more popular than others. Busy periods tend to be straight before or after work.

Looking for a different workout time? Why not come in early in the morning, at lunch, or late in the afternoon? It makes for a great break from work, you can shower here afterwards, and we have Group Fitness classes scheduled throughout the day.

It is our job to help you get fitter, so your current fitness level really doesn’t matter. Many people struggle to stay fit on their own and fail to achieve their fitness goals.

We can design a customised programme that is perfect for your current level of fitness, ensuring you are safe and comfortable while exercising. As you build up your fitness levels we can review your programme, to ensure you are getting the most out of your work out sessions.

The national recommendation is to engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. If you fit in a gym workout or class three to four days a week, you will be well on your way to achieving your results.

However, if this sounds too much to fit in, we can even start by training you once or twice a week for half an hour. Should your time availability alter, we can amend your programme accordingly.

Exercising once a week is still 52 workouts a year, which is much better than doing nothing!

Yes!

Assessments and programmes by our Gym Trainers are included in your membership, meaning they are free! Participating is a great way to familiarise yourself with the facilities and equipment, as well as learn about classes that may interest you.

We recommend meeting up with one of our Gym Trainers when you join, then every 6 weeks afterwards, allowing your body enough time to make changes from the initial customised programme you are given.

Gym Trainers are available from early in the morning to late in the evening, ready to help you anytime you need them. Whether you’ve forgotten your programme, need help using equipment, or require spotting or technique advice, they are there to ensure you make the most of your time.

Comfort over style!

Closed-toe sports shoes are essential for providing support and toe protection. For hygiene reasons, please wear deodorant at the gym; that way, we’ll all smell nice.

You will also need a towel and a drink bottle; you can fill your drink bottle from our free chilled water coolers.

We are true believers in flexibility! Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 10 weeks per year.
