Memberships start from as little as $17.95 a week. We offer membership packages ranging from casual day visits to 36 month memberships. When you are choosing your membership package, remember that results from exercise do require time and commitment; it is important to decide how much commitment you can or are willing to give your exercise regime and select a membership that best matches that. Ensuring you are getting the best value possible is important to us, so we would suggest you make contact with one of our Membership Consultants to assist you in your decision.

Absolutely Yes! The more the merrier! As a member you have unlimited privileges to bring different guests along for up to three complimentary work-outs during our Reception Hours. Plus if they join up on your recommendation we will give you a thank you gift!

As with all clubs, some times are more popular than others. Busy periods tend to be straight before or after work.

Looking for a different workout time? Why not come in early morning, at lunch, or late afternoon? It makes for a great break from work, you can shower here afterwards and we have Group Fitness classes scheduled throughout the day.

It is our job to help you get fitter, so your current fitness level really doesn’t matter. Many people struggle to get fit on their own and don’t achieve their fitness goals. We can design a customised programme that is perfect for your current level of fitness, ensuring you are safe and comfortable while exercising. As you build up your fitness levels we can review your programme, to ensure you are getting the most out of your work out sessions.

The national recommendation is at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you fit in a gym workout or class three to four days a week you will be well on your way to achieving your results. However if this sounds too much to fit in we can even start off by training you once or twice a week for half an hour. Should your time availability alter, we can amend your programme accordingly. Exercising once a week is still 52 workouts a year which is much better than doing nothing!

Yes! Assessments and programmes by our Gym Trainers are included in your membership, meaning they are free! Taking part is a great way to get to know your way around the facilities and equipment, as well as learning about classes that may interest you. We recommend meeting up with one of our Gym Trainers when you join, then every 6 weeks afterwards, allowing your body enough time to make changes from the initial customised programme you are given. Gym Trainers are available from early in the morning and late in the evening, ready to help you anytime you should need them – whether you forgot your programme, need help using equipment, spotting or technique advice, they are there to make sure you make the most of your time.

Comfort over Style! Closed toe sport shoes are important to give you support and toe protection. For hygiene reasons please wear deodorant at the gym, that way we’ll all smell nice. You will also need a towel and a drink bottle, you can fill your drink bottle up from our free chilled water coolers.

We are true believers in flexibility! Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 10 weeks every 12 months. Talk to our Members Account Manager today to discuss the details of your membership hold options.
